Home / Services / Paid advertising

Every platform,
one budget, one report.

Media buying sits next to the people making the creative, so a failing ad gets recut rather than re-bid. One revenue number at the end of the month, not six dashboards.

What this is

The short version.

The standard arrangement puts the media buyer in one company and the creative team in another. When an ad underperforms, the buyer can only change the bid, the audience or the placement — because changing the ad itself means a brief, a queue and a fortnight. So budget gets shuffled around a piece of creative that was never going to work.

Here the edit happens in the same building, usually the same week. That is the entire argument for this being one service rather than two: the fastest fix for a bad ad is almost always a better ad.

Reporting is deliberately plain. Cost per click and return on ad spend, weekly, against one revenue number. If a platform is not earning its share of the budget we will say so, including when that means recommending you spend less than you are spending now.

How it runs

Four steps,
in this order.

01

Audit

What is running, what it costs, and what the tracking is actually recording.

02

Build

Structure, audiences, pixels and the first creative set.

03

Test

Hooks and formats against each other, with the winners recut rather than re-bid.

04

Scale

Budget follows evidence. Weekly reporting, monthly strategy.

Before you ask

Asked, answered.

What is the minimum ad budget you work with?

Below roughly a thousand dollars a month across all platforms, testing takes too long to be useful — there is not enough data to separate a bad ad from an unlucky week. We will say so on the call rather than take the retainer and hope.

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

No. Percentage-of-spend quietly rewards an agency for spending more of your money. We quote a flat fee, so the incentive sits on the return rather than the invoice.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do, always. We work inside your Business Manager and Google Ads accounts. If we part ways, the history, audiences and pixels stay with you.

How quickly can campaigns launch?

Once we have access and assets, brief to live is typically 24–48 hours.
