What this site stores

Nothing is written to your device except two small values, both kept in your browser’s own local storage rather than in a cookie sent to a server:

• Your theme choice. Whether you picked the light or dark ground, so the site does not forget it between visits.
• Your answer to the cookie notice, so it does not ask you again.

A third value lives only for the length of a single visit and disappears when you close the tab: a flag noting that you have already seen the opening animation, so it does not replay on every page.

All three are strictly functional. None of them identifies you, none of them is transmitted anywhere, and you can clear them at any time through your browser’s site-data settings.

What we measure

Two things, and only after you answer Accept.

Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager. Added on 15 September 2026 — the section below used to say this site measured one cookieless thing, and this paragraph is the update it promised. Analytics records which pages were opened, how you arrived, roughly where in the world from, and what you did on the way through. Unlike the count described next, it sets cookies and gives your browser an identifier, which is what lets it tell a returning visit from a new one. Tag Manager is the container those tags sit in; as we run advertising, it is also where advertising tags would go, and this page is updated again if any are added.

Vercel Web Analytics, the measurement built into the platform this site is hosted on. It records which pages were opened, roughly where in the world from, and which site sent you. It sets no cookies, writes nothing to your device, and builds no profile of you: there is no identifier that follows you between pages or between visits.

Both run only if you answered Accept. Choosing Essential only, or dismissing the notice with the Escape key, is recorded as a no, and on a no neither is loaded at all: not loaded and disabled, simply never fetched. An unanswered notice counts as a no. We also tell Google, before anything of theirs loads, that consent is denied until you say otherwise. To change your mind, clear this site’s data in your browser settings and the notice will ask again.

Third parties you can reach from here

Some links leave this site, and once you follow them you are in someone else’s privacy policy, not ours:

• Google Fonts serves the typefaces used here. Loading a font makes a request to Google’s servers, which necessarily discloses your IP address to them.
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager provide the measurement described above, on a yes. Your IP address, the pages you open and the identifier in the cookie they set are processed by Google.
• Cal.com handles call bookings. Anything you type into the booking form is processed by Cal.com and reaches us as a calendar invitation.
• Stripe handles payments. We never see or store your card details.
• Vercel hosts this website and, on a yes, provides the page-view counting described above. Serving any page necessarily discloses your IP address to them.
• Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook host the agency’s social profiles.

Information you send us directly

If you e-mail, call, or book a discovery call, we keep what you send: your name, contact details and whatever you tell us about your business, for as long as we are talking, and afterwards for our own records of the engagement. We use it to answer you and to scope the work. We do not sell it and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to contact@digitellspace.com and we will respond within 30 days.
