What this is
The short version.
Most social accounts run a week ahead at best, which is exactly why they look reactive: whatever was easy to make on Monday goes out, and the campaign that needed three weeks of lead time never happens at all. Planning a quarter ahead is not bureaucracy; it is the only way the ambitious pieces get made.
The calendar is approved before the quarter starts. That one change removes the weekly approval scramble and gives everyone — you, us, and whoever is shooting — a reason to prepare properly.
Creative is cut per platform. A film made for a 9:16 feed is not the same film letterboxed, and a LinkedIn post is not an Instagram caption with the emoji taken out. Posting once in five aspect ratios is the cheapest thing an agency can do and the most obvious to the people scrolling past it.
How it runs
Four steps,
in this order.
Plan
A quarter of content mapped to what the business is actually doing that quarter.
Approve
Signed off before the quarter starts, so production can begin properly.
Produce
Cut per platform, in-house, alongside the paid and video teams.
Manage
Publishing, replies and community, reported monthly.
Before you ask
Asked, answered.
How many posts per month do we get?
It depends on the platforms and formats, and we would rather set that against your quarter than sell you a number. A fixed post count produces filler in the slow months and a bottleneck in the busy ones.
Do you reply to comments and messages?
Yes, community management is part of the engagement. Anything needing a real answer from your side is escalated rather than guessed at.
Can you work alongside our in-house team?
Often the best arrangement. We take the parts that need production capacity and leave the parts your team does better — particularly anything that should come from a named person in the business.
What happens if something goes wrong publicly?
It comes to you immediately with a recommendation, not handled quietly. You decide the response; we make sure it goes out quickly and says the same thing everywhere.

Video editing
Long-form down to nine-by-sixteen, edited for where it lands. Storyboard to final grade without leaving the building.
